At Swing Again, we understand that you might have questions about our services and processes. To make things easier, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. We have made every attempt to cover the most common queries below, but if you don't find the answer you're looking for, please contact us!

Delivery
When will I receive my order? Orders are ship the
next working day on a 2-3 day service. Whilst the vast majority of our orders
will be received within this timeframe, customers in Northern Ireland and the
Highlands may experience a slightly longer timeframe.
Can I track my order? Yes. When your order is shipped
we will provide you with a tracking reference with which you can track your
order.
I still have not received my order, what do I do? Should
several days pass and you have not received your order and tracking has
provided no information as to the delay, please contact us and we will assist.
Do I need to be in when delivery is made? All our
clubs are shipped on a signed for basis. Our carrier will make multiple
attempts to deliver.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we do not ship
to any address outside the UK. We can work on a wholesale basis with companies
internationally based on enquiry.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return or exchange a used golf club? Yes, we
have a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or have
had a change of mind, you can return the club, unused, for a full refund or
exchange it for another club. Please view Returns Policy for further
information.
Do you offer warranties on used golf clubs? Yes, we
offer a 30-day warranty on all used golf clubs. This covers any manufacturing
defects but does not cover normal wear and tear.
How will I be refunded? When we have received your
return and everything is as expected, we will refund the amount due to your
original payment method. There is no opportunity to deviate from this.
How do I arrange a return? Please use the ‘contact
us’ page to advise us of a return. If it is due to an incorrect product shipped
or fault with the product, please attach pictures when requesting the return.
Club / Product Condition
What condition are the used golf clubs in? Our used
golf clubs are graded based on their condition, ranging from "New" to
"Poor." We provide detailed descriptions and images for each club as
well as a condition guide to support you in your purchasing choice. The

Are the golf clubs cleaned before being sold? All our
clubs are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before they are listed for sale.
Do you provide detailed specifications for each club?
Yes, each product listing includes a set of specifications.
Can I see the golf clubs before purchasing? Sorry but
we do not currently operate retail premises.
Buying From Us
Do you offer any discounts or promotions? Sign up for
our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals. From time to time we will
run member only promotions.
Do you offer a wholesale service? Please contact us
separately. Transaction values would need to be in excess of £3500 via bank
transfer for us to consider a wholesale account.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept most
major credit and debit cards.
Can I get a VAT invoice? We can supply an invoice but
please note that the vast majority of our clubs are sold under the global VAT
margin scheme.
Trade-In / Exchange
Can I trade in my old golf clubs? We operate a
separate trade-in service through which you can sell us clubs. This is www.golfbuyback.com .
Can I exchange clubs against my purchase? You can buy
clubs from us and sell clubs to us. However, these are separate transactions
and we cannot offset trade-ins against purchases.
